This Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety course is designed for anyone involved in handling, preparing, or serving food within the catering industry. By law, all food handlers are required to understand the key principles of food hygiene and follow safe practices to prevent food contamination.

Learners must complete an assessment which measures the learning outcomes and has a pass or fail criteria.
This course is suitable for anyone who may be at risk of working with materials containing asbestos.
There are no candidate pre-requisites for this course.
