Introduction
Last week saw the teachers and pupils receiving a well earned break from the intensity of the home schooling in the form of mid-term break. I am hoping that those of you with school children managed to enjoy some time off with them and have returned to work feeling refocused and rebalanced! I know that some will also be adapting to the ever changing school situation with some pupils returning to the classroom this week.
Last week here at Raeburn Training saw a lot of planning on behalf of our customers which actually seems to have been the theme in January and February. In particular we had 3 clients who had applied for CITB funding towards their annual training plan. Whilst awaiting it’s approval we have been scheduling in some bookings (paid by from the funding) so they are ready to move forward with training swiftly.
Our other big milestone for last week was delivering an important tender which would secure work with an existing client for the coming years, it’s always a exciting yet nerve-wracking process to be part of!

Our Values – Safety
Safety will be at the forefront of everything we do, without compromise.
We will ensure a safe working and learning environment for all through adopting best practice and behavioural safety concepts throughout the training lifecycle and all aspects of business, making improvements as required.
We will expect the highest standard of safety compliance from all involved in our operation from directors and employees to subcontractors and customers. Training staff has many benefits and with funding routes available, particularly for construction companies, there is very little outlay.
Why don’t you organise a chat with Jen who can sense check your current plans and give you the peace of mind everything is in place?
