Owner / Director
- Having worked in the financial services industry for 10 years then moving onto a variety of roles within the Construction industry over the past 15 years, Sarah now focuses solely on running Raeburn Training.
- Loves a hobby and in her spare time enjoys running, paddle-boarding and pottery.
Jen Hancock
Client Services Manager
- Jen brings over 17 years of experience in Health & Safety and Learning & Development to the team, having worked in manufacturing, engineering and construction industries.
- Jen is very busy with her young daughter and enjoys cocktails and afternoon teas.
Derek Hood
Training Co-ordinator
- Derek brings a wealth of experience to his role at Raeburn Training from his lengthy 21 years in Learning and Development where he was involved in E-learning creation and design, and training consultancy.
- Derek is a Competitive Archer competing in Local, British and European Championships, and now supports his club in a coaching role.
Sarah Huxter
Client Sales Coordinator
- Sarah provides our clients with soloutions to their training requirements, while also supporting our marketing and social media campaigns.
- Sarah spends her free time with her husband, kids and two dogs – a sensible labrador and a crazy wire-haired dachshund!
Emma McComiskie
Training Administrator
- Emma works alongside Sarah H, supporting our clients, booking in training courses and ensuring cards and certificates are sent out. She also supports our busy CSCS Test centre, invigilating tests, and supports our marketing and social media campaigns.
- Emma is very busy outside work as well, looking after her little girl.
Jennifer Scott
Training Administrator
- Jennifer is the primary invigilator for our busy CSCS Test centre and also deals with bookings for open courses.
- Jennifer loves to travel with her partner and exploring Scotland’s hidden gems.
Ewa Smierzynska
Finance Assistant
- Ewa is responsible for processing sales and purchase ledger, cashflow coordination, reconciliation of bank and supporting preparation of management reporting.
- Ewa divides her spare time between furthering her University education, and exploring the Scotland with her family and friends.
