Introduction
Well another week of change following the First Minister’s announcement that the current lockdown measures are being extended. The impact of this is both a change of mindsets for our personal lives and also how businesses are affected, some more than others. For businesses that are impacted by this and are utilising the flexible furlough scheme, employees are permitted to attend training on furlough days which reduces the real cost of attending a training course. We have seen some companies booking training now for quarter 1 in preparation for their businesses returning to full operation in due course.
